Tera's Home Maintenance offers employment to youth and young adults who face a multitude of employment barriers such as, but not limited to; homelessness, recovery, laid off, no work experience, medical, etc. We believe that our community will strive when barriers such as these no longer limit our neighbours to gain employment.

We believe in strengthening one another through providing a positive work atmosphere and management that works with their employees to reach common goals.

Tera's Home Maintenance is a seasonal position from April-December. There is no need for previous experience as we are excited to train new employees in this rewarding career. Employment Opportunities

Crew Member - April 2018

This position requires no previous experience. Must be energetic and able to work well with a team. Applicant must be able to follow direction with little or no supervision. This position is often the "gardener or cleaner" of the crew. This potion is part-time and will require 20 hours of work per week.

Lead Hand - April 2018

This position is the crew supervisor. Applicant would need to be someone who is enthusiastic and energetic. Must be able to support and manage a team and reach the goals set out by your Crew Leader.
